STARTERS AT THE BLUEBELL
Black Pudding Tower.Served with raspberry and whole grain mustard, dressed salad and caramelised apple and fruit chutney. £4.75
Bluebell Home Made Soup. Served with locally baked bread. £4.50
Melon and Mixed Sorbet. Chilled Melon, served with a plum, port and vodka lemon sorbet. £5.25
Warm Bacon Salad. With a mild sweet Chilli dressing. £5.25
Wensleydale Mushrooms. Local grown mushrooms (Alne) sauted with onions, bacon and sage, finished with local double cream, served in pots , topped with Wensleydale Cheese. £5.25
Goat's Cheese Salad. Oven baked Goat's Cheese, served on rocket and mixed leaf salad, with a honey and lemon dressing. £4.95
Traditional Chicken Liver Pâté.Fresh Chicken Livers sauted in butter, herbs and garlic, served with local bread and salad garnish. £4.50

Beef Wellington. Pan seared beef fillet, topped with a mushroom and thyme duxelle envelope in puff pastry, oven baked, and served with a rich Madeira sauce. £15.95
Pork Fillet with Leeks and Bacon. Tender pieces of pork fillet served in a rich creamy Leeks and Bacon sauce. £9.95
Lamb Henry. Tender piece of slowly braised lamb shoulder, served with minted gravy. £11.95
