Roast prime Sirloin of Beef, with a Mustard and Herb Crust, served with Yorkshire Pudding.

Roast Lamb

Garlic and Rosemary studded leg of Roast Lamb, served with a Red Onion and Guinness Sauce.

Baked Onions with Cous Cous

Large Onions, filled with steamed infused Cous Cous, flavoured with carrots, walnuts and celery. Topped with Cheddar Cheese, resting on a Mushroom Steak, and served with a Lime, Coriander and Cranberry Salsa.

Lemon Sole and Salmon

Salmon and Lemon Sole Stack. Layers of Lemon Sole and Salmon, poached and served with Wine and Grape Sauce.
